The approach is simple. We ask three simple questions:

  • What can be done?

We work with clients to discover a long term solution, not dependent on returning consultations, where the expertise is discovered through the process. There is no “one size fits all”. The client is helped to find solutions and shape them to fit their particular organisation and context.

Educating through human understanding

The current narrative of success at all costs masks an education system which is too often obsessed with failure; where education professionals are monitored, observed and scrutinised at every turn and where good teachers are leaving the profession in droves. It’s a system where teachers’ resilience, well-being and creativity are sacrificed in the service of data driven outcomes. It is a system that has lost its way and lost sight of its true purpose and most valuable resource – the power of positive human relationships.

This is the purpose of our work; to return agency to school leaders, teachers and pupils by reconnecting them to the powerful emotional experience of learning and teaching.
